Dear Dawn, Ennis and family, I'm so sorry to hear of miss Lydia's passing. She was a devout christian and one of the sweetest ladies I knew. I know she is sitting at the feet of Jesus and enjoying the family reunoin in heaven. We will see her there soon. It was a pleasure to be her caregiver and you made me feel like family. keeping you in thought and prayer. I love you Dawn you are very special too. Barbara Firmalino

Dawn and Family- My memories of Aunt Flick growing up in such a large and loving family, are such a part of me...remembering Aunt Flick's special way of spelling house o-u-s-e and her sweet singing and humming. Her love of God and you all and Mom..made my life such a precious gift. I wil always love her and cherish and know she is joyful and free of the failing body...dancing and laughing with Uncle Richard, Grandma and Grandad and her sisters and brother. Love you all

Lydia Bell Cannon, 88, of Wilmington, NC, died Monday, February 25, 2013 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Andrews Mortuary Market Street Chapel. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
