Margie A. Morris Carter Margie A. Morris Carter, 78, of Earlysville, Virginia, formerly of Winchester, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville, Virginia. Ms. Carter was born on September 24, 1934, in Orange County, Virginia, the daughter of the late Lewis J. and Tennie Brookman Morris. She is survived by one brother, Walter L. Morris and his wife, Lorraine, of Pennsylvania; one sister, Ruth Middleton of Orange County; and several nieces and nephews including her niece, Faye Morris, who cared for her and with whom she lived. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy L Morris and George A. Morris; and three sisters, Lucille Hartsook, Marie Berry and Doris Berry. There will be a visitation from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2013, at the funeral home with the Reverend Timothy M. West officiating. Entombment will follow at Shenandoah Memorial Park.
