Not sure what to say?

Dear Mary, Rob and Steve,

Although it had been many years since I had seen any of you from our growing-up days in Austin, I am happy I was able to get to your mom's memorial reception and greet you--and reminisce a bit. It's funny what each of us remembers about each others' family! I enjoyed looking at the pictures, and your parents look like the Lonnings I remember from about 45 years ago. I remember your mom being elegant and refined, and it appears she maintained those...

Dear Rob, Mary and Steve, We just heard of Marilyn's passing. We were voting yesterday and were talking to Hal and Marian Cuff and they said they had seen it in the paper. Our thoughts are certainly with you. We have such lovely memories of Marilyn and Gordie, too--playing bridge, Faculty Wives, picnics etc. Such fun times!
All our love, Howie and JoAnn Strey

Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I have such fond memories of Aunt Marilyn.

So sorry about the loss of your mom. From your Knitchi Gummi friends, all our love.

Mary, Glenn and family. So sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She sounds like quite a lady, just like her daughter, Mary. Take care and thinking of you.

We remember Marilyn when we lived in the same condo building. She was really a fun neighbor-very friendly and entertaining. She was one we missed the most when we moved away. So sorry for your loss.

I'm sorry for your loss of your dear mother. Although I never met her, knowing you her daughter, she had to be a wonderful woman. I know she made out-of-this-world cookies! My sympathy to you and your family. You're in my thoughts and prayers.
