Sherry and Terry--I had the privilege of being part of your Mom's foreign language department from 1964-1974 as a German teacher. She was always so patient, organized, and thoughtful. She made my years at Westside fun and educational. She left her mark on many students. You have my sympathy. Jeanne Held Blackstone

To the Davis family. I have known Mary Davis since I started at Westside in 1960 as a 7th grade student. Graduating in 1966, I was only able to be her student for one year deciding that spanish was not my life career. We became fast friends, and I was always shown the greatest kindness by her which I will never forget. I lost track over the years, but will never forget her amazing gift - she will truly be missed! Sincerely Chuck Lambooy
