This reminder showed up in y emails. I only met Mary through her husband Joe. I know how much Joe loved her from the time he met her in medical school. Joe and I met when he was a Modern Pentathlon athlete at Fort Sam Houston. Hope to see Joe when time permits.

I am so very sad to hear about Mary´s passing. I was her project director for a year at Walter Reed AMC. She was leading the congressionally funded research on HPV. My son had a few play dates with Alex as he also has Autism. I am very sorry she is gone. She was brilliant and funny. She will be missed by the world. Angela L Engel

I knew Mary through her living parents. She was a beautiful brave soul. She is now amongst the cloud of witnesses cheering us on to complete the race. Hebrews 12:1
