Melvin (Mel) Manuel Fuller passed on April 11, 2023 at Kaiser Hospital in San Rafael, California. He was 93 years old, born on August 1, 1929. He joins his beloved wife, Rita Fuller. Mel managed Capri Mobile Villa in Petaluma for 50 years, up until his passing. He is survived by his siblings Patsy Gravesen and Dennis Fuller, and his children Steven Fuller, Sherri Pacheco, Staci Hearfield, Sandra Kabanuck, and stepdaughter Debra Wilson.
