Not sure what to say?

Miriam and I were good friends. We were members of Beta Gamma Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma in Memphis, and we worked together in the Memphis Shelby County Retired Teachers Assoc. I loved to hear her play the piano. I missed her so much after she moved to Texas. She was a great lady with a wonderful attitude--always smiling.

Mrs. Smith must have been a great mother... Lois is a tribute to her and great inspiration to all of us in her Sunday school class.

May the Lord bless you all in your time of sorrow...

To express our deep sympathy to you on the loss of your love one. We thank Mrs. Smith for all of her contributions in the field of Education. We also thank her brother Dr. Cooper for serving our country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. You were a member of "the greatest generation". May God's Speed Be With This Family. cjo

Ms. Smith and the Storrie kids

Our sympathies are extended to the family of Miriam Cooper Smith, and especially to our good friend Jim Cooper, her brother.

This precious lady was like a Grandmother to me! We "adopted" each other!! I am so very grateful for the joy she brought to our lives, for the beautiful example of a Godly woman, and the hilarious stories and "tricks" she taught me and my kids...she brought us hours of laughter that we'll enjoy for a lifetime!! OWA TAGOOSE IAM!! I love you sweet lady!
