I have just found out about the passing of Dr. Gulak. I have known the man since 1982, so he was a significant part of my life in Richmond. He was my friend, instructor, mentor and once I worked in a planning capacity my collegue. I was one of his students and later on went back and worked with his classes on plans to turn around the South Carytown neighborhood. I am deeply saddened by his loss and his impact was significant.

Paula, my sincere condolences to you and your family during this sad time.

My sincere condolences on your loss Donna and I were blessed by the friendship of your family.

Paula,
My deepest condolences. Richmond, his friends and his family will be poorer without Mort

My deepest condolences to you and your family! What a great man he was and you are very blessed to have had him in your lives!
