To the Salerno family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Norita was a wonderful friend and we feel truly blessed to have known her. To Norita's children.

I went to Lothrop school, Sacred Heart was very close by. The Baptist church at 24 & Pinkney has a Girl Scout troop that was for both school. Norita and he friend were part of the group as was I. Then in later years I became a convert and was married in 1950 at Sacred Heart. Your mom was our solist she had the most beautiful voice. Ave Maria was never sung more beautiful than on that June day. I never saw her again but always have remembered her...

I knew Norita when we were in Assistance League. She was liked by many and loved by her family. She was a joy to know!
