So sad to hear of another young person departing us...godspeed to all of your family.
Coach Hunckler

You are part of many thoughts and hearts right now. Getting through this time will be difficult, but let those around you help ease the pain of your loss.
With deep sympathy..Dennie and John Liberatore

Pat and I were classmates in the Governors State Masters program at ISP District 5 and was a wonderful person. May Pat rest in peace.

My heart goes out to Conner, Molly, Maryanne, and Nick. Pat was a great friend and person. He'd brighten the mood of any room he entered. He had an er full of friends everytime he'd visit us. Always willing to help whether he knew you or not, physically or just with a smile or joke. He will be deeply missed. I am so sorry I'm out of the country and not there with him, his family and friends.

Sorry for the loss of your father.

Condolences and prayers to Pat's family and hic children. Pat was a great teammate and great player on the football field at Joliet Catholic. We won 37 games in 4 years. He went on to serve both his country in the Marines, and his community as a police officer. We all owe a debt of gratitude to him. To his kids, he really was a Hero. May God bless him.

Deepest sympathies to the Freeman family and especially to Connor and Molly. I knew your dad back during high school. He was a great man, may his love and spirit guide over you.

To The Freeman Family,
So very sorry for your loss. Pat was a great man who will be greatly missed. May you find comfort that he is in God's hands now.

Connor and Molly, My heart is heavy with sadness for you. Both of you are in my prayers as you go through this most difficult time. Prayers are also with your Mom. Take care of each other...all of you. God Bless.
