Dear McCann family, I have such warm memories of all the times we spent together as first cousins. Paul was always such a caring person, kind to all and also great fun as were all the McCann cousins. My heart aches for your loss, heaven gained another McCann angel. Our brother Paul McCann died September 15th, give him a hug for us.

I remember Paul's sense of humour and his beautiful smile. Reading through these messages I am reminded of how much Paul was appreciated by his friends. Although he died too young, the connections he made live on. Good-night, sweet prince; And flights of angels sing thee to thy sleep.

I fine young man, trained by Pat McGee. He was one of the young lions of that period and contributed much energy and goodwill. He will be sadly missed by all JJB alumni.

Sending LOVE and God Bless to our dear friends Moe and Mike McCann and their entire family.

There was a McCann for everyone of us Fraumeni kids growing up.

Paul and Mike were my brother Paul's friend, Jimmy, my sister Mary Ellen's friend, Pat, my friend, Anne, my sister Martha's friend and Sean was the same age as my sister Julie.

And there are still McCann's left over!

I am pretty sure we all enjoyed a great meal at the McCann home and "being schooled" while doing so by Mrs. McCann.

Mrs. McCann ran a tight ship!

A beautiful, wonderful, fun, large and close family.

Rest in Peace, Paul.
Love, Anne Marie Fraumeni-Clune

So sorry to hear of Paul's passing. We had such fun playing in our band, Duluth, in high school. Every time I hear "Sister Golden Hair" now, I remember working on that with Paul and the guys in our rehearsals. And I remember us all listening to Cream and wondering how three guys could sound like 10! Good memories! Paul was a talented musician and good friend. My deepest sympathies are with the McCann family.
peace,

I have such wonderful memories of Paul and assorted family members at Ruddington Park, laughing and just generally hanging out. Peter remembers the football "friendlies" there with much fondness and an aching knee. Brothers can certainly be a formidable force playing on the same side. And no one in our family will forget Paul's part in a rendition of "Mrs. Robinson" performed for our mother as she prepared to move from the neighborhood. Lighthearted days to be sure. Rest easy old friend.

From Peter and I and all the Robinsons, sincere condolences to the McCann family. Our thoughts are with all of you at this time.

Prayers for you and your family.

I remember great times together on the Brebeuf College Student Council. Also, many fond memories playing music with you during those high school years and afterwards....
I am reminded of Bruce Springsteen, as you introduced me to his music.
"Just around the corner to the light of day" (Light of Day)
"I was tryin' to find my way home" (Radio Nowhere)

Now you are home.

Be well, happy, and peaceful.
