Phil was the most kindest person you would ever meet. He would help anyone. Always had a smile on his face when you would meet him in the hallway. I had the pleasure of working with Phil for many years at the Archdiocese. He was an amazing person and will be missed. Rest in peace Phil. My deepest sympathy to your family.
