Not sure what to say?

I am deeply saddened by the loss. I just found out about the tragedy in a month ago. Professor Cross was my favorite teacher. He and my beloved Dad who was a CPA were the only people who inspired me to be a great accountant and love my career. I will never forget the many conferences I had with him. As I was born deaf, I am sure it was not easy for him to teach a deaf person, but he always took the time and patience to talk over with my questions and problems in accounting. He will be sorely...

The best Accounting Professor I ever had. "DR what to receive, CR what you give" - Dick Cross Fall 1975, Principles 101.

I am so sorry to hear of Professor Cross' passing. I will never forget the first day in class with him. He told us if we couldn't remember on which side debits or credits belonged to think of his initials. He was a very caring man, and will be greatly missed.

Some of my fondest memeories at Bentley are of Professor Cross' accounting classes. I can still hear his voice telling us to bring our box of tissues to the class when he would hand back exams. If you did well in his class you knew you should stick with accounting. Rest in peace.

Rest in Peace Professor Cross! I just learned about his passing. Professor Cross was my favorite Accounting professor at Bentley. He made classes fun even though the material wasn't so exciting for me. I hope wherever he may be, that they are laughing at his jokes and his sense of humor as many of us did. I hope the Lord is enjoying your company.

Professor Cross was a fantastic teacher. I am saddened by the loss. Bentley University lost a quality professor. I was the class of 1974.

I am saddened about the news. Professor Richard Cross was my all time favorite professor. A true loss...

I just heard the news about this tragic accident. I am very sad as Professor Cross was an inspiration to my studies and the start of my career. He spent his free time re-teaching me intermediate accounting for the CPA exam bc he knew I needed the help. He will be missed!

Rest in peace professor Cross. I am honored after 29 years to have experienced your accounting classroom at Bentley. You were the king of accounting. So saddened to hear of your tragic passing. Rest in peace professor cross-I will never forget dc-debit and credit.
