“My prayers go out to family of Richard Gall. Dick was one heck of a person. I grew up on Crawford Street and knew Dick from the fire house. I also worked with Dick at Lemon Twp P.D. and also at Bingo years ago at Holy Name Church. May you rest in peace Dick. I know that in God's eyes he gave you an "A" plus on how you lived your life.
