Not sure what to say?

Molly,
I just learned today about Rich. I will never forget you calling me after your first date to tell me you had met the guy you were going to marry! I am so very, very sorry for your loss. You are in my prayers as the first aniversary of his passing approaches. I think of you often my friend.
~Mary (mary.maltby@dhha.org)

Oh, Molly, I was searching online for you and learned the terrible news about Rich. I am so sad and sorry for your loss, and can't begin to fathom how difficult this is. Please know that I think of you often and have wonderful memories of you both at Purdue. It sounds like Rich grew into a fantastic husband, father and community member. I'm so sorry you had to lose him so soon.

Chris

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Molly,
I'm still so stunned by the news. You have been in my thoughts throughout the past weeks. You, Molly, were the twinkle in Rich's eyes. From the very first day he met you in class, you have been the absolute love of his life. I am so, so sorry for your loss.
Love,
Patrick

A great man taken entirely too early. My heart goes out to Molly, the kids, and the rest of his family.

Any expression of how Rich affected all those he touched would be an understatement. No amount of praise could begin to speak to the size of his heart. To put him into perspective would change the definition of perspective. Saying he will be missed does not come close to telling all of what he was to so many. RIP Rich Lane... Your memory will be regaled for many lifetimes. We are all better people for having known you.

Molly,

Surreal is the word that keeps entering my mind each time I think of Rich. I keep expecting to see him out and about Mel Bch with his wing man in tow! His enthusiasm for life and his abilty to put a positive spin on everything are characteristics we all should strive to implement in our daily lives. He will continue to bless and influence all of us through your beautiful, vibrant children. Thank you for sharing them with us and know that we are here for all of you.

Molly, Gretchen and Henry -
We are so sad to hear of Rich's passing. He was not only a neighbor, family member from the Rotary but also a wonderful boss with The Teen Driver Safety Foundation.
We had some great times with him and your family and have been missing Melbourne Beach so much but now there will be a bigger void! Please know that Rich was a wonderful guy, a sweet Father and super fun person - keep all those memories close. May God bless you and keep his eye on you. Love...

Molly, our thoughts and prayers our with and your family. Rich was a force of nature when he entered a room. Rich was a person that you met once and never forget.

Linda and I were fortunate to have many great times with Rich. He helped bring us together, and not only does he live on in your children, by in ours as without him Linda and I may have never gotten married.

We will remember that great laugh and joy for life, and he will live on in our hearts, and as we tell...
