Not sure what to say?

I only knew Dick for a brief couple of years through his involvement in Eden Prairie politics, but I considered him a friend whom I was always glad to see. His keen mind and ability to disect complexities to reveal their fundamental elements was truly a gift and made him an invaluable asset to any endeavor.

I have no doubt he is performing extensive reviews to streamline the bureaucracy of heaven as we speak. God must have needed a good project manager.

My deepest...

Dick was such a wonderful man. He was a true gentleman with a keen-mind. Eden Prairie Republicans will miss him and his service is truly irreplaceable.

I am sorry we have lost such a unique human. I, and my sons, truly enjoyed the personal relationship with Dick, and Mariel and their kids, despite the fact that he fired me! I laughed when Mariel told me that Dick, during his days in the Hospice, was busy reorganizing the operation for greater efficiency. How vintage Dick.

I AM SO SAD TO HEAR ABOUT MY GOOD FRIEND DICK PROOPS.
I HAVE NOTHING BUT FOND MEMORIES OF HIM, WORKED WITH AND FOR HIM AT J.R. CLARK FOR YEARS.
HE LEFT J.R.CLARK AND OFFERED ME A JOB AT McCULLOCH IND. (OWNED BY HILTI INC.)WORKED FOR HIM, 6 YEARS, THEN HILTI RELOCATED TO TULSA OK. DICK DID NOT MOVE, BUT HAD CLOSE CONTACTS WITH SR. MANAGEMENT IN EUROPE.
DICK WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE MANAGERS. ALWAYS UPFRONT WITH ME AND JUST A OUTSTANDING MAN. NOT JUST ON THE OUTSIDE, ON THE INSIDE...
