Not sure what to say?

Our prayers are for the family. Bob was a very good friend. He will be missed.

My sincerest condolences to Bob's family and friends. He was a likable guy and did much for Illinois basketball as player and coach. May God comfort you always and in the future give you fond memories of Bob.

Deepest condolences to the family for their loss. Bobby will always be apart of my childhood memories as he and I belonged to the same neighborhood gang.. Always had a ball of some kind in his hand depending on the season. There was always some kind of ball game played everyday. RIP Bobby your the high scorer of the game.

Mr. Brown sounds like a great man! We're sorry we didn't get to know him, but are happy that his legacy continues to live through his loved ones. May The Lord comfort you all in this tough time and draw your minds to the wonderful memories you were able to create.

We are so sorry for your loss Mike, Lance, and families. Bob was a good guy and made me laugh a lot hassling Mike when I was around. Bob was proud of you both and he should be....he helped raise two great guys! Love you MB and crew!!

We are so sorry for your loss. There was only one Bob Brown and a joy to know. He loved his family and was so proud of his boys. You will be in our thoughts and prayers. Robbie & Peggy Stanley

My love and prayers to Susan and all the Brown family ..so sorry to hear about Bobby....

I knew Bob a very short time as a young sports writer at the Daily American. I enjoyed his humor and his encouragement. He'll be missed.

I lived in Eldorado when Bobby coached there. I was a St. Louis Cardinal minor leagurer. Bobby was the type of person you don't forget, for good reasons.
Howard Powles.
