Not sure what to say?

Dear Irene and family, sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I hope it brings you peace knowing he's reunited with his earthly father and is at Home with his heavenly Father.

Bob was a wonderful friend to our brother, Stan Anderson. We got to know Bob when he would come out to Stan's country place by the river just to unwind and relax. Such a friendly guy. Truly a wonderful, gifted person and friend. Our sympathy to all.

Thanks to all who have shared their memories of our brother, Bob... your kind words offer comfort as we all grieve the loss of son, brother, friend, coworker... but know that he's at peace and whole once more and forever!

My sincere sympathies for your loss.

I also grew up in Brownton. Through my classmate Marla, Robert's sister, I got to know the Koepps. What a wonderful family. I extend my deepest sympathy for your great loss.

I met Bob at Gustavus and we remained close friends these past 40 years. We shared the ups and downs of life. We fished in Ontario, Puerto Vallarta and points inbetween. When there was trauma in my life, I didn't have to ask; Bob was right there by my side. Besides being a life long student; he was also a life long teacher. What I'll miss most is simply sitting and talking with him. He was truly the best friend a person could have. I feel very privileged to have known him. My condolences to...

Bob was a quiet yet suprisingly strong man. Generous with smiles and humor. Truely will be missed.

Bob and I were best friends in Brownton growing up. Just found out from another mutual friend that Bob had passed, I'm so saddened by this. I alway thought that out of all the people I knew growing up that Bob would be the one to change the world, it sounds like he did just that. It was an honor to have known him.

I had the honor of working with Bob as he coordinated many pediatric oncology and hematology studies. His ability to navigate the complexities of clinical research has made a huge difference in the world. Several novel therapies are now in use thanks to Bob's hard work. I send warmest condolences to his family. May you always know what a wonderful impact Bob had on the lives of children with cancer and blood diseases.

With warmest wishes,
Kris Ann
