Not sure what to say?

I like to thank everyone for their kind words, thoughts, and prayers. The service for Dad was wonderful, and being able to be buried at Fort Sheridan was one of Dad's wishes. We were blessed for having him as our father and our friend, but he was ready for his next adventure, and we plan to see him again. I'm sure he couldn't stand it if things were going any better. From Robert, Nancy and myself and our families we truly thank you for everything.
Sincerely,
Joe Martin

I only knew Mr. Bob for a very short time at Gurnee Mills. I always look forward to seeing him each day. He was a kind man that I will miss dearly. Denise

We were saddened to hear of Bob's passing. We knew him best walking at Gurnee Mills but also would see him at the library. His goooood morning and you have a nice day as well as the thumbs up each time we passed are all good memories. He always agreed to an occasional hug. He is missed!

John and I walk the mall also, we would see Bob every time we were there, always a "good morning"we will miss seeing him. We also saw him at the library. John loved working with him at Anchor, he had many friends there who respected and loved him. I knew Catherine from going to the Legion. God Bless you Joe and your family at this time. Know we will miss him.

We knew Bob from walking at Gurnee Mills. He was always so friendly and pleasant. He walked every day even though he had health issues. He will be missed by the walkers. May he rest in the loving arms of JESUS.
