Not sure what to say?

Karen - Bob was a skilled writer, a gentle man. Geoff valued him as an editorial page colleague. My thoughts are with you. Nan

Karen & Mike & Paula - So sorry for your loss & was glad to meet Bob. Nice man.

Dear Karen, We are so sorry. We were honored to know and travel with Bob, and to see what a great parenting influence he had on Ms. Virginia. Thinking of you with great love, Kathi & Byron

I wasn't priviledged to know Mr. Willis, but having known his son, Mike, for a short while, I would say that Mr. Willis's life will live on through Mike. He has many of his father's wonderful qualities. I admire the full and satisfying life Mr. Willis obviously lived, and the self-writtten obituary is a unique and lovely legacy of words his family will treasure always. God bless each of the family with peace and comfort.

Rest in peace, Bob. Your humor, grace, and intelligence were unique.

We will miss our dear neighbor, "Mr. Bob", especially Georgia. He was always kind and was genuinely interested in our lives. All our love to you, Karen.

Love and prayers,
Dan, Emily, Georgia, Lane, and Elise Babish

Dear Karen: I was sorry to hear of Bob's death. That was a nice obituary and I wish I could commend the writer. Hope you are doing all right.

Bob was a very special person to me and my family. Thank you Karen for being such a great partner to him and for supporting him being in our lives. We love him dearly.

A very great gentleman. Knowing Bob graced my life for more than 30 years. Imagine a world where patience, courtesy, and a soft voice are synonymous with strong conviction and determination. That would be the world if it were populated with people like Bob. My love to Karen, Virginia, and Jason, as well as the rest of the family. He is a loss for all of us.
