Not sure what to say?

My deepest condolences to Joan and the family. Rod was one special guy with a wonderful sense of humor. He will truly be missed. My love to Joan and the family.

2006_0814 USS Sarasota Reunion

We always enjoyed our visits with Rodney whether by one of his many phone calls or at a USS Sarasota Navy Reunion. He was bright, witty and intelligent. A real pleasure to know. We will all miss him. May he rest in peace as he joined family, shipmates and friends that passed before him.

I am sorry for your loss. Love each other even more now, and keep all those great memories of every thing.

Our regrets that we can't be with you all at this time. We have a special love for Rod and will all miss him dearly.

Worked with Rod at the Salem Volunteer Fire and Rescue department. Rod helped our Chief and Secretary with administrative duties. He was always a delight to talk to and forever had a smile on his face and an easygoing demeanor. A true loss. My deepest condolences.

I am so sorry for your loss. Please find peace and comfort in knowing God cares for you and will help you in your time of need. 1 Pet. 5:7

I worked for Rod at DOL and considered him not only a terrific supervisor but also a true mentor, with an abundance of patience and knowledge. I learned so much from him and valued his expertise. We are thinking of you, Joan, and your family, and are sending our sincere condolences. Cornelia and Peter Calderone

Dear Joan:
I'm so sorry to hear of Rod's passing. May the memory of his touch always warm your heart. Sincerely, JoAnn (worked for and commuted with him and Jeannie to Trenton from time to time-very fond memories).

Please know the family is in my thoughts and prayers. As you draw from the plethora of wonderful memories, find comfort in those special times.
