Rose Glass Obituary
Rose Marie Glass, 68, of Hopewell passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023. Born February 4, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Preston Arthur and Marie Grammar, and was also preceded in death by her siblings, Preston David Grammar, Preston Arthur Grammar, Jr., Ernest Roy Grammar and Vicky Lee Grammar.
She is survived by her husband, Jan Glass; three children, Lesley Ann Rook (James Doutt), Danny Wayne Rook, Jr. (Ginger), Jan Michael Glass; 10 grandchildren, Kassie Rook (Juan Baker), Mason Doutt, Chase Doutt, Skylar Doutt, Jaiden Doutt, Anna Sprague (Timmy), Elizabeth Donivan (Austin), Danny Wayne Rook III, Isabella Rook, Yanah Glass; four great-grandchildren, Kolbee, Jax, Kyle, Colton; sister, Connie Lythgoe; niece, Brandi Rook; nephew, Rusty Rook; great-nieces, Bryana, Keyana, Jazmine, A’niah, Nina; great-nephew, Rebel; and other extended family members.
The family will receive friends Friday night, May 19, 2023 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Interment will be private. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
