THE LOSS OF A FAMILY PATRIARCH
When we were young and growing up in Brewer, it was not unusual for me and my sister, Flora, to go to the Crawford Farm, following Sunday School. Mabel and Roy were like second parents to us as we played with the Crawford kids (Leroy, Dick, & Linda) We did dare-devil acts in the old hay barn, played in the woods & hay field, went swimming & fishing at nearby Fields Pond, swam in the COLD Atlantic Ocean & dug clams in Stockton Springs.

Dick, Karen, & Family
Sorry for your loss. It's never easy to lose a parent.
Hugs

There are so many wonderful and special memories of Grampie/Great Grampie shared, by several generations, that will be treasured forever!
My thoughts, prayers, and sympathy are with the entire Crawford family.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

Thinking of you Karen and your family at this difficult time. Your Dad lived a nice long life but its still hard to say good bye. What a quiet, gentle man.

So sorry of your loss he lived a good long life My prayers are with you. Vernon's Widow

Roy, Sorry to hear about your Dad. Our prayers are with you and your family.

I have so many fond memories of Mabel & Roy & growing up with Linda and Dick and Leroy. One memory I have that comes to mind is when I spent the night with Linda & a Bat got into the Bed room and Linda and I hid under the covers screaming till someone came up with a Broom. RIP Roy you will be missed.
