Janet and I were sad to about Russ. We will all was have a special place in are hearts for him. We were lucky to have Russ and Erma first as landlords. With out there kindness we would not of been abel to by our house from them. I will never forget when Russ ask me for a bid I said a very low price and he Oh my goodness the cat just jump off my lap a phase i us to this date. Our prayers are with you.
