“I have known Sam since I was in nursing school at RHM in 1969. When I would run into him over the years he always remembered me, including just this year. My sympathies to his family. He was a wonderful person.
“Sam was one of my best friends in college. We had great fun together and shared a million laughs. He was one of the people I knew I would most miss at graduation. I have thought of him often in the intervening years with great love. My heart and prayers go out to his family
