Not sure what to say?

I first met Skip 20 years ago when we moved to Rock Hill, South Carolina from England. He was one of the first people we met doing laundry. I have many happy memories of Skip, with Andrew and Beth, canoing, rafting, and just hanging out by the pool. Rest in peace Skip and go find Bryan to catch up on the news. Jane Becca and Bella xxx

I was blessed to work with Skip, and I know that all of us here share a profound respect and love for the man. He truly lived his life as he believed, with a solid faith and a heart filled with kindness and friendship for us. He will always be missed, but we know, as he said, he has 'gone on to save us a place'. See you again, Skip. God bless.

As someone who was blessed enough to work with Skip, I can honestly say that not only was he an example to all on how to live, but he also has taught us how to leave this life with dignity and courage. Skip's heart was filled with solid faith and kindness towards all, and he freely shared that kindness and friendship to many of us here. We will surely miss him always, but know that he has gone on to 'save us a place'. See you again, Skip. God bless.

Beth , so saddened to hear of your loss.. It was such a pleasure to meet you & skip, sorry I did not know of his illness. You will be in my thoughts & prayers .May GOD comfort you & strengthen & fill the void with his peace. Judy

One thing is for absolute certain, that laugh will ring in the ears of my memory forever and that alone brings a smile to my face. Skip had and will always have a way to make anyone laugh or smile. No lemon thrown was ever too bitter to make the most perfect lemonade to him. To Beth and Andrew - I know that there's nothing that anyone can say that will take away any hurt or feeling of loss, but there are so many people around you all that adored skip or people he helped in any way (whether...

Beth, Andrew, Jane and Will, We loved Skip with an everlasting love. We pray that you may be blessed with peace beyond all human understanding. A saint Skip was and is as he has his room in God's mansion.

Condolences from the Doll family. We remember Skip's upbeat way and ecumenical spirit with the youth in the Saints Alive youth group. Our thoughts are with you.
