Not sure what to say?

Thank you Lord for blessing my life with such a wonderful Grandpa. Growing up he showed my brother and I how to plant seeds in the garden but Grandpa and Grandma also planted the seed of Christ in us and helped us grow roots to live for God! I will miss seeing his great big smile and laugh. Eating Moore's hotdogs with him!!! Hearing his heart felt prayers - a prayer warrior!! He always wanted to give big bear hugs saying it might be our last goodbye. No goodbyes...going to see him again in...

Although I didn't know Russ long,I felt I knew him all my life. He had a great conviction for the Lord, and was a good and faithful servant till the very end!We sat close every Sunday at church, and he shared many stories with me.We will miss him,his stories and his great smile! One day we'll take up where we left off...

What a joy to have met "grandpa" (the only name I knew to call him) His smile and laughter was contagious and has passed down and seen in his children, grandchildren and great grandchild. Diane, thank you for sharing your grandpa. I benefit today from the incredible sacrifice and service that he gave for his country and the Godly example that he gave to his family and I am so thankful. God welcomed him with open arms as he must have said, "Well done my good and faithful...

Doris, my dear friend, You and yours are in my thoughts and prayers. He is in a peaceful place now. Take care of yourself now.

What an amazing man, Russ was... I met him through our Church. Every Sunday, he would bring me a pocketful of candy to give to my boys. He was a man of Prayer who came faithfully to the Prayer Chapel early Sunday morning to pray for the Services that day! He inspired my family with his stories of his brave exploits of World War II. He was a man who lived his life with deep stubborn conviction of his Faith in Christ and his beloved Country! I pray and trust that his family will continue to...

I lost all my grandparents by the time I was 15 years old, it was an absolute honor and priviledge for me to call this incredible man of God my "Grandpa", and to see him love my children as his own great grandchildren. The country has lost a great hero, we have lost an incredible grandfather, but Heaven has taken in a true saint. We will miss his great laughter and his incredibly loud and emotional prayers, but we will look forward to the day when we are all reunited!! Thank you...

I am. So sorry for your loss. Remember all the
Happy times we are thinking of
