Not sure what to say?

I am sad today to read this news. Steve was one of the most creative and kind people I met at his high school. His creativity inspired me as his teacher and so many other students that were in his classes. Remembering the original cartoon he created that really amazed me. Remembering how he always lit up a room with humor and kindness. Giving my condolences to his family and friends.

I'm thinking of you, Steve. Thank you for being in my life. Peace and blessings to the Herndon family.

Nancy and Gaylon:
Sally passed on the sad news. My thoughts are with all of you; fond memories of the "Red Baron" back in San Diego, All my best, David Mount

Nancy, Gaylon, Jennifer, Scott and Christine,
My heart saddens for your loss of your son and brother. I was shocked to hear about Steve's passing and remember him dearly. Although we all have lost touch over the years, it almost seems like yesterday that our families blended together for that time in our lives when you moved to Kings Grant around the corner from us and before when you and mom were nurses together. Our families had fun times hanging around the neighborhood with Steven....

I am saddened to hear of the loss of an obvious beautiful soul. I pray that God watches over you and your family. You were in my life so briefly and I now realize, from other's comments and your memorial service, how much I had missed in your life by not continuing our friendship. Three things that I remember about you, was your smile, your kindness and the day we took the Pink Floyd albums from Jen's room and listened for hours. To Nancy, Gaylon, Jennifer,Scott and Christine, I pray that...

The funniest uncle I could've ever had. What will we do without your easy going attitude to help us all lighten up more. Miss you and love you dearly. Love Always, Lauren

A sudden loss can bring great grief & pain to the heart because the heart aches for what it has loved & lost.(John 11:33-35) Please lean on the God of All Comfort who gives us hope that soon our loved ones will be awaken from their deep sleep to live again forever in a beautiful Paradise on Earth to help ease your sorrow. (Ps 46:1; John 11:38-44; Lu 23:43; Ps 37:9-11,29)

Steven, You are beautiful I will never forget you.

Steve was a talented and wonderful person. I enjoyed his easy laughter and watching him work. His projects grace our house and helped make it our wonderful home. A profound sense of loss settled over me as I helped his dad and uncle clean his place up. Peace be with you Steve.
