Not sure what to say?

I was very saddened to learn that Steven has passed away. I was ahead of Steven in school, but via email his graduation class had shared his obituary with my graduation class. Steven was always a sweet, sweet friend and he will be missed. However, for those of us who knew both Steven and his brother, Bobby, I am sure we can smile in the knowledge that the Bethea brothers are reunited...and this time, for eternity.

Great guy, no doubt. But funny? You bet! He'd pop off with stuff that would bust your gut laughing. He was SMART too. And sincere as hell. But when it was time to sit outside, relax and chew the bull, he was too much! I loved the guy. Always knew a good time was to be had when I ran into him. He knew how to live usefully, with great positive influence and hysterically funny humor. Lucky and grateful to have known him.

You made a difference in ways you'll never know. Your legacy will be in good hands.

for you my friend,

i had the honor to work and know Steve when I worked at BVCASA, I was there when he was going thru to get his license to become a counselor, he was funny, talented in heart and soul, he was a true friend always, loved him dearly, he always knew what to say and how to put a smile on you when you were down, he never gave up on anything or anyone, rest in peace, my friend for you deserve it, love you!

Our thoughts are prayers are with you Sharon at this time. Hugs

Thank you, Steven. You helped me on some difficult days. You will be long remembered.

Grandson watching Grandfather Steven prepare for the sky dive. Steven loved all his family and was a wonderful Grandfather.

God bless and keep you and your family in His arms.
