Not sure what to say?

Tommy was such a wonderful guy! Through the years of platoon reunions, we loved visiting with him. My husband and I will miss his smile and wit at our November reunions.

Dear Friends of Tommy Armstrong,
I met Tommy while serving in Viet Nam. We served together in November Platoon, 1st/28th, 1st Infantry Division. I was Tommy's platoon leader and he served his country very well. I have enjoyed the reunions that we attended together. I am sure the Lord has Tommy cradled in His arms. Tommy will be missed dearly.

My husband served with Tommy in Vietnam. We enjoyed spending time with him at the November Platoon Reunions and are very saddened that he is gone. He was a person who could quietly light up a room with his presence. We loved him and will miss him so much. God knows best, but we wanted more time with him. He will be missed in Chattanooga.

Tommy was a 'special brother' and was so happy to connect with his 'Nam buddies at the November Platoon Reunions again. He will be missed in Chattanooga and always. RIP Tommy and sympathy to your family and friends.

Tommy was a cherished and valuable member of November Platoon, 1st of the 28th Infantry, 1st Division in Vietnam in 1969. I am sure I speak for all of us who meet annually when I say how much we will miss him. Our condolences to his family and friends.
