Not sure what to say?

We met Tom and Linda at the baseball games this spring. My husband and I truly enjoyed our conversations about our children. You could really tell that their priorities were focused on their family and children. Tom was a great father who was always there for Steven at the baseball games. He never missed a game. My prayers and thoughts go out the Hill Family. Cherish your memories of this great man.

I AM SO SORRY . YOUR FAMILY WILL BE IN MY PRAYERS. HE WAS A VERY NICE MAN , GOD BLESS YOU AND FAMILY, PUBLIX 584

I first met Tommy at the University of Florida where we were fraternity Brothers at Alpha Gamma Rho. He became a good friend and was quite the prankster. Upon Graduation he moved to Crystal River, Fl to take a job as Assistant Manager with Sherwin Williams and I moved back home to Inverness, Fl, just 18 miles from Crystal River. We grew even closer and shared many good times over the next few years. I met my wife, Sue, when she took a job working for Tommy and I was always over there talking...

Tom was one of the first people I met when I moved to Tampa in 1996. You taught me a lot. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers.

Tommy, as I knew him was a friend and fraternity brother at Alpha Gamma Rho at UF in Gainesville, FL quite a few years ago. I recall during this time him always having fun, being light-hearted, and not a mean spirited person at all. I've read about his accomplishments in life after college and not a bit surprised. I give my sincere condolences and wish all of God's blessings to his family and friends. Good bye brother - we will meet again.

IN THE BOND! AGR Spring '82.

Tom has been our neighbor in Brookfield for many years. We will remember Tom from local gatherings, walking their dog with his loving wife and being such a nice, genuine person.

We were able to spend a lot of time at the ball park together where we all witnessed his 7th grade son, at the time, hit a monster 310 feet home run and pitching outstanding no hit innings. He was a unique kind of guy that we really liked to hang out with and talk about Nascar (we both liked Tony...

We only knew Tom for 3 years but we will forever remember what a kind hearted man he was. His love for his family was shown everyday. We are better people for knowing him.

Our prayers have been with Tom and his family since this tragic accident. Even though we don't personally know you we live in the Westminster area and I grew up a couple miles from the Chattooga river. We who have faith know God knows us all and will not forsake you the family and loved ones during this sad time. Peace and God's Love be with you. Bill and Reba Butts Westminster, S. C.

Tom Hill must have been a remarkable man!I never met him, but I will one day in Heaven. Our community has been joined together in prayer since this tragedy happened and we continue to be. Our prayer focus is for the family and friends of this man we never met who impacted our lives as we searched for him for 17 days...Tom's loss has brought all of us in the public service, fire and rescue, and law enforcement community closer together. Our deepest condolences for your loss as we are preparing...
