Not sure what to say?

May 29 2014 - Yesterday we were so sad to hear of Tom's death on May 6. We want to send our sincere condolences to his family at this difficult time. Tom was a dental colleague over the span of many years and he was highly respected in our profession. On occasion our paths would cross at dental meetings and Lucy and I always enjoyed those times when we had the opportunity to have a visit with both Tom and Sandy. L.K. & Lucy Croft

My deepest sympathy goes to the family and friends of Dr. Holbrook. May memories of him bring you comfort.

I became a patient of Dr. Holbrook at age 22 and he successfully applied his techniques to save my smile. Now 35 years later, I am still "good for 1,000 more meals", as he liked to say after my maintenance appointments. He was a kind and gentle soul who truly cared for his patients. May he rest in peace.

What a wonderful man and doctor. He performed one of his first surgeries on me and I still have the tooth. He is with his Saviour, wife and son. Blessed is he and us who knew him.

Tom and I were "comrades-in-arms" as we fought cancer together at Moffitt Cancer Center. He will be remembered for his quiet dignity. May he rest in peace.

I was Dr. Holbrooks first dental assistant. He was truly a servant of God and lived and testified to his faith. He blessed my life and it was an honor to work with him.

Tom will be deeply remembered. His personality and professionalism draw people close to him. Although earthly apart we know by faith, someday we should meet again.

Tom is dearly missed. He gave us so much through his good humor, his kindness and consideration of others, and the benefit of his vast and diverse experience. His friendship, caring and company meant more to us than we could ever describe.

I was Dr. Holbrook's first dental hygienist, and he taught me much more about periodontics than I learned in school. He was totally immersed in his profession, and wasn't satisfied with the status quo; he made improvements!
I thought the world of him. He was truly dedicated and always a kind and caring gentleman.

The Lord blessed me with Doc as a teacher, mentor, and Godly example of compassion, and love. He will forever be in our hearts.
