The world is a much sadder place with the passing of Vanasa. Every morning I wake and remember my beautiful baby is no longer here. I still can't imagine a world without my baby girl. If you ever looked into those sparkling green eyes you were hooked forever. She had a special way of saying Mama, it was much like a caress. How I would love to hear that voice one more time. Thank you Jason and Noah for all the years of care and devotion. She loved you both beyond any normal limits.

Jason, It was an honor and privilege to provide care to Vanasa at the end of her journey. She touched so many of us at ECPC. I will never forget her, my honorary daughter :) Keeping you and Noah in my heart and prayers, as you continue your path in this in this life. I won't ever forget you guys.

Vanasa has left us to go to that "far better Place." I will always cherish the lovely memories I have of her. My life is enriched because she was in it. Good-bye to my beautiful niece, Vanasa.

It has been a few years since I last chatted with Vanasa. In highschool, I got the pleasure of becoming her friend. She was always above it all. I have many fond memories of Vanasa which another of her friends (Mark Balcerzak) and I have recounted over the years. I wish I had kept in closer touch with Vanasa after school, and yet despite the distance and time, she's still able to leave a lump in my throat. What a phenomenal person she was.

I am very sad to hear this news. Vanasa and I were ffriends in HS and reconnected when we both ended up in Lansing, MI as adults. She was a beautiful and loving soul. She will be missed by anyone who has had the chance to know her. My prayers are with your entire family.

I am so sorry to hear this news. I knew Vanasa years ago when I worked with her at Michigan State. She was so helpful to a friend of mine who also suffered from chronic pain. I remember how happy she was to become a mother. Jason, I never met you or Noah but know you are in my thoughts and prayers. The world has lost a wonderful person. I will remember her for her compassion for others in spite of her own pain. She certainly made a difference in her short life!

Jason, hearing that the world has lost Vanasa, a truly gentle, loving woman who cared deeply for those in need in this world--especially those who are furry and four-footed--fills my heart with sadness. I knew Vanasa when she worked at MSU, how time has flown! I remember visiting your home shortly after you moved there, and I remember most the warmth and love that filled your house, the love that surrounded your little boy and your two dogs. Vanasa was a very special person, and I send you wishes for peace and healing. I am so very sorry for your loss.

The world has lost a beautiful soul. Loved getting to know Vanasa when we were advisors for the MSU chapter of Chi Omega. Jason and Noah you are in my prayers. May you find comfort in warm memories of your time with Vanasa.
