Vance Gentry

Guest Book

Not sure what to say?

I competed against Vance on the field when I was at Holston. He was a fine quarterback and turned out to be an even better man. I never talked with him that I did not feel uplifted.

Verline,Judy and Sandra, I want you to know that I admired this man. We were cousins. He loved his family and friends. He made Shady Valley a place to remember and visit. I am with you in your time of sorrow and grief. You have a memory and can look out and see him smiling on the tractor. My heart is with you. God will protect you. Even though your hearts must be broken. He was taken from this earth way to early for the harvest but God chooses the time, not us. I am sure his seed will...

We are sorry to hear of the loss of Mr. Gentry. He will be missed as a member of the Old Glade Antique Tractor Association.
