I am Vicki's stepsister, Janey (Smith) Collins of Coatesvill, IN, and Vicki's stepbrothers are Dick Smith of Gering, NE, Bob Smith and his wife, Sally Smith of Ft. Collins/Windsor, CO. We will miss Vicki so very much. She was an inspiration to me, personally, both spiritually and just as my "Schvester" as we called each other - sister in German.
