Dear Martha, With sadness I read of your loss. I was privileged to know you as neighbors on Union Street and to have Coach Barefoot as a teacher his last year at Maiden. He was an excellent teacher and leader. Your family will be in my prayers.

Dave Magoon and family is saddened by the passing of Bill. I started with Horace Mann in 1984 and won't forget how strong he was as a manager and all the agents that looked up to him.

So sorry to hear of Coach Barefoot's passing. I had the good fortune of playing baseball for him at Taylorsville High School. In addition to being an excellent coach, he was a dear friend. I will always remember Coach Barefoot with the deepest respect and admiration. My sympathy goes out to his family and loved ones.
