Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathies go out to Dolores, Billy, Kenny, Michael, Maria & all of the Mosca family. I loved Bill Mosca. He was my friend. I had Bill for my 8th grade teacher at Granville Ave school. I had such a huge crush on him back then. I was thrilled that my 8th grade teacher lived on Gladstone Ave. four doors away from where I lived. Bill was in my life since I was a child. I will miss Bill very much. We use to talk politics all the time. My views were the same as Bill's views. I will...

I was truly saddened to hear of Mr Mosca's passing. He was one of my mentors. I always enjoyed his honesty and integrity, firm handshake and a great heartfelt smile. He always asked about my family, remembered my children's names and always had something positive to say. The absolutely BEST teacher I ever had ! I'll be missing him when near Casel's or at Mass but know our Lord has a special place for a man of his caliber. Rest in peace my old friend.

Mr Mosca was like a father to all of his students. He both commanded and demanded respect by the way he carried himself. Never a false note in anything he said and always a glint in his eye (behind the glare!). I remember the joy he took in having walking races with us, just as competitive and energetic as a kid! His half-court shots in the gym were legendary. He was a man's man but also a warm and caring person. Along with my own father, he was a role model for how should conduct yourself in...

Mr Mosca was a great person. He was princeble in 1963 when I graduated from tighe.Simply a fantastic person who had "the kids" in his heart. Will always think of him. May God Bless his soul. Miss you Bill.

Bill Mosca's ties to our family were both personal and professional. He and my husband, Fred Needham, were close colleagues as teachers, and then as fellow administrators in Margate. They shared many laughs and lots of challenges as educators together. On behalf of our family, we extend deepest sympathies to Bill's wife Dolores and children. Dolores Needham

I've been a close friend of Michael, Bill's son for many years, the first time I met Michael's parents they treated me like one of their own, Mr. Mosca greeted me with a smile and asked me many questions about my career, he made me feel welcome. The world could use many more of his character and kind nature. My condolences to the Mosca family.

My sincerest gratitude to all who have posted their tributes and condolences regarding my father's passing. I have read each and every post, and I am so blessed to learn how dad touched so many lives. We ask that you continue to pray for dad and our family as we continue to grieve our incredible loss. We know dad is in heaven and telling all his jokes to the new souls he has met. Our continued thanks for the outpouring of love and friendship.
