I'll always remember the very special afternoon that Ed and I spent with Willie and Bill at their home in CA. They were so gracious, entertaining and full of life. Thank you, Sandra, for sharing them. I now understand where you got so many of your wonderful qualities.

I saw her last a few years ago when my friend and I stopped in for lunch then another time while visiting the area with some jazz friends for a day. I played bridge with Willie only a few times at MPCC but my Mother-in-law, Anne Phillips, who passed on 1/14/2012, knew her well. I found Willie to be a kind and gracious person with a little mischief thrown in too! I'm so lucky to have met her! My condolences on your loss.
