"Chris" was born in Melksham, England. He was trained in the Fleet Air Arm of the British Navy then settled in Vancouver following WW2
. He married Bernice and had two daughters, Michele and Andrea (Ian, grandson Jack). Chris became a resident of Nanaimo after taking a position with the Credit Union later serving on their Board in his retirement. He enjoyed tennis at Westwood, summers on Thetis Island, playing piano and was a veracious reader. Chris passed away at Nanaimo Seniors Village with his long time love and companion Marcie at his side at 87. Sincere gratitude to the caring staff at NSV. A gathering of family and friends took place on July 19th in Yellow Point.
