Sharon O. LaRhette, 70, passed away on April 20, 2013.

She was a gregarious lady who loved life.

Born to Dr. James P. O'Neil and Clair O'Neil of Burlington, VT. The family moved to Arlington where he was the only doctor in town for 38 years. Among his many patients was famed painter Norman Rockwell. Mr. Rockwell became a close friend of the family and at the young age of eight had Sharon pose for numerous paintings.

After high school she moved to Boston and then on to Cape Cod.

In 1970 she met Jack LaRhette at the classy Velvet Hammer Night Club and for years they could be seen at many fine establishments such as Baxter's, Windjammer, Dorsey's, Back Side Saloon, and The Red Door.

They moved to Naples in 1978 and were married in 1980. And as everyone knows, spent 43 wonderful years together.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Jack; her brother, Pat O'Neil his wife, Steff and their son, Brendon; three stepsons and families, Doug, John, his wife Lee Ann, and their children Mike and Jenn, David, his wife Alison, and their two children Kim and Kaley.

A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday May 19th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Alice Sweetwater's Bar & Grille 1996 Airport Rd. S. Naples, Fl. 34112
