Sgt. Frank Yale Palmerton, PA Naples, FL

Sgt. Frank Yale, 82, of Palmerton, PA, passed away June 4, 2013 in Naples, FL.

Surviving family members include beloved wife, Eleanor; daughter, Dr. Karen Yale; son-in-law, Dr. Gary Gendron; and his grandchildren, Drew and Victoria.

Frank served as a sergeant in the Pennsylvania State Police for 34 years and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Association. He attended Millersville College in Lancaster, PA. He was a former member of the Masons, and 33rd degree Knights of Columbus and Sacred Heart Catholic Church member.

Hobbies included hunting, archery, ping-pong, and weight lifting. He spent most of his retirement years becoming a competitive billiard player. He loved reading about politics and studying World War II history.

He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
