PHILLIPS, Duncan Rae - Died peacefully after living a wonderfullyrich life with family, friends, andcolleagues. He will be greatlymissed by his loving wife Joyce, sonRichard, daughter Karla and herhusband Sergio, and granddaughtersAlexandra and Victoria. During hisworking years Duncan enjoyed athriving law practice, oftengenerouslygiving aid to those lessfortunate. He took an active part inthe communities in which he lived,especially in Hoggs Hollow wherethe family resided for 26 years. Heparticipated in political campaignsmunicipally, provincially, andfederally. He was recognizedinternationally for his achievementsin bridge, winning medals at WorldChampionships. He also lovedsports, nature and the outdoors.Our great thanks go out to all of thestaff at Sunnybrook Hospital fortheir dedicated and loving care. Inlieu of flowers, please contribute tothe Canadian Diabetes Association,the Canadian Wildlife Federation, ora charity of your choice. A service tocelebrate Duncan's life will takeplace on Saturday February 11,2006 at 1 pm at St. John's York MillsAnglican Church, 19 Don RidgeDrive, Toronto (near York Mills andYonge).
