She was an active member of many organizations, including the Unitarian Service Committee, Liberal Party of Canada, Victoria Flying Club and United Flying Octanagarians, the "99's" and the American Yankee Assoc. Liz was also an extensive world traveler. She is survived by her son Bruce, daughter Susan, and grandson Kevin. Liz had many friends that enriched her life. In her own words, "Friends are the family we choose for ourselves". No service at Liz's request. Donations can be made to the Salvation Army.
