Unexpectedly, at home in Mississauga, following complications from recent surgery, on Thursday, March 14, 2013, at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Nada for 42 years. Loving father of Jamie and Tiffany. He will be missed by his sister-in-law Janet, his nieces Julie Barraclough, and Holly (Warren) Reynolds and their children Chesley and Joshua, and by his nephew John (Joanne) Aiken and their daughter Kate. Bruce was a retired Partner at Ernst &Young, (37 years with EY); a Director, Hudbay Minerals; past Director, Coalcorp Mining. His volunteer activities over the years, often as a board member, included Mississauga Symphonic Association, Living Arts Centre, Peel Parents Against Drugs, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Credit Valley Golf and Country Club, Professional Conduct Committee (ICAO). We appreciate all the care and concern shown by the doctors and staff at Credit Valley Hospital, especially 1B. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW) from 6-9 p.m. on Monday. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at 11 o'clock. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, the Credit Valley Hospital Foundation, or to a charity of your choice. Online condolences may be made through www.turnerporter.ca.
