Cynthia C. Taylor, 69, of Meshoppen, died Friday, Feb. 28, 2014, at the Hospice of the Scared Heart, Scranton. She is survived by her husband of 51 years William Taylor.

She was born July 27, 1944, in Nanticoke, daughter of the late Wesley and Genevieve Allen Robbins.
Cynthia devoted her life to her family and grandchildren; she was an avid gardener and enjoyed the outdoors. She will be deeply missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her son William Taylor Jr., and sister Leslie Daum.
She is survived by her daughter Kathy Greenip and husband Erik of Falls; brothers: Wesley Robbins and wife Waneta of Muhlenburg, and Christopher Robbins and wife Sandy of Shickshinny; sisters: Hannah Alar of Sweet Valley, and Loretta Hauk and husband Wayne of Shickshinny; grandsons: Zachary Greenip, Mark, Nathan and Erik Taylor; granddaughter Lindsay Greenip; five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 5, at 4 p.m. with Pastor John Mosley of the Assembly of God Church in Nanticoke, from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc. 73 West Tioga St. Tunkhannock.
Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations can be made to the Wyoming County
