Daniel W. Dymond, 72, of Falls, passed away Friday, June 7, 2013, in the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born in Kingston he was the son of the late Daniel and Anna Clara Dymond. He was a graduate of Tunkhannock High School class of 1957.
Prior to his retirement he was employed by Cascade Paper. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Vernon Baptist Church. Daniel had a passion for hunting, fishing, pets and gardening. He dearly enjoyed his yearly trips to Canada.
Preceding him in death was his wife Mary Lou Hoyt Dymond.
Surviving is his niece and caregiver, Phyllis Reed, Falls; sisters, Erma Corby, Falls, Anna Sands and her husband Korah, Falls; brother, Wilbur Dymond and his wife Lillian, Towanda; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 13, at 2 p.m. in the Nulton-Kopcza Funeral home 5749 SR 309 (Beaumont) Monroe Twp.
Interment will be in the Fitch Cemetery, Northmoreland Twp.
Friends may call Thursday from noon until the time of service.
