Marion L. Finch, 80, of Mill City, passed away at home on May 18, 2014.
She was the daughter of the late Russell and Hazel Howell Jacques.
She is survived by her husband, Clayton. They were married for 59 years.
She is also survived by her three children: Carol Riggall of Dickson City, and her friend Adam Nigro, of Scranton; Barbara Yarrish and her husband David of York; Robert and his wife Lynette of Harrisburg.
Also, two grandchildren: Kate High and husband Ash of Jonestown, and Alexander Yarrish of York; her siblings: Russell Jr., Frances Gable, and Carl Jacques; and several nieces and nephews.
Marion is preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Trauger, and a brother, Frederick Jacques.
Prior to the birth of her children, she was employed by Endicott Johnson Shoe Factory, Tunkhannock. She and her husband owned and operated Finch's Greenhouse for many years.
Marion was a member of the Mill City Assembly of God Church and a 1951 graduate of Falls-Overfield High School.
A funeral service will be today, Wednesday, May 21, at 11 a.m. from the Mill City Assembly of God Church 167 Mercy Lane, Dalton, PA 18414, with Pastor James Rugg officiating.
