Cindy, Randy, Rick and Tim I am so sorry for the loss of your Mother. I have so many wonderful memories when it comes to Betty. She was the one that invited my mom and my sisters to Blackrun Church of God years ago. Months later my dad started coming to church. She taught my mom to drive a standard and taught my sisters to swim! She was a blessing and loved by all. She was always laughing. She was so full of life and was always there for anyone who needed her. She will be sadly missed. I'm sure she is up in Heaven singing her little heart out!

Rick, Tim, Randy & Cindy,

Years have past by so quickly..Your mom and my mom were friends, we grew up together, drifting apart as we grew older. Ran into Betty at Black Run Church of God years after some of my own children had grown. She was just as I had remembered, full of life, always smiling, always giving.... She is an amazing woman. I saw her last with Randy at my own mom's funeral a couple of years ago. If I could summarize how she touched my life I would say that as I grow stronger in my faith, I hope to grow up and be just like her....... A loss for her family and those that knew her here, but Heaven is rejoicing and I know she is too because she is finally home and can rest in our Lord's arms...

Rick,Randy,Tim and Cindy,
Words are inadequate to express my sympathy and I regret I cannot be there to offer my condolences in person. I have fond memories of your mom - especially of the years she was "Coach" of our softball team at Perry. Even after all these years, she still called me Tinkerbelle. My thoughts and prayers are with you now and in days to come.

So, so many memories throughout the years. Words cannot describe the lives she touched over the years...always there to help others! I remember what a hard worker she was and always eager to help anyone in need. I always felt welcome in her home from when I was a little girl...clear through adulthood with my own children. She is rejoicing in Heaven with her well deserved rewards.

Betty was a very dear person to me and all of the residents and staff of the Muskingum County Home. She made everyone feel loved even if she'd never met you before. She spoiled the residents at her picnics and always had their best interest at heart. I thank God that we had the opportunity to have the 50th year picnic!!!! I was sad when I heard but I know Betty is rejoicing and reaping her rewards in heaven!!! God Bless You All! We truly loved her and she will be missed.
