What can I say that has not already been said? He was a good husband and father, loved his family dearly and his Country too. Never a stranger, just a friend waiting to be met.

John and I were members of Buckeye Lake Volunteer Fire Dept. and Emergency Squad in the late 60s and early 70s where we served as Captains together. He was also instrumental in my joining the Masonic Fraternity in 1973. We shared many good times together and he was a mentor and a friend. He always said his name was Snodgrass and don't cross the "d".
