JUPITER, FL: Brenda Moore, age 73, of Jupiter, Florida passed away at Jupiter Hospice after a short battle with cancer. She was born in Newark, Ohio, on September 7, 1940 to the late James and Frances McPeek.
She traveled extensively with her husband in the military, living in Germany and Japan and numerous places in the USA. Her love of travel extended into her retirement years, where she happily traveled with her husband and many close friends. Brenda was a Medical transcriptionist for 40 years. She completed her career managing a team in West Palm Beach. She lived life to the fullest, enjoying not just her travels, but every moment with her husband, family and friends, who have shown their love and dedication to Brenda, just as she has given them for so many years.
Brenda is survived by Dennis L. Moore, her loving husband of 55 years; son, Brian (Kathy) of Lake Worth Florida; beloved grandchildren Justin, Kyle and Brandon; sister Kim Downs (Richard) of Granville, Ohio., and her loving nephews. Passing before her was her brother J.Rodney McPeek (Debbie) of Granville, Ohio.
The family will receive visitors at Aycock-Riverside Funeral Home, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida 33458 on Monday April 28, from 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. with a Memorial Service following at 6:30. A service will be held in Granville, Ohio at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Hospice of Palm Beach County.
